Diana Porter

Since 1969, Diana Porter has been Bristol’s go-to for beautiful handmade jewellery. A bespoke Shopify experience took the brand from its Westcountry roots to a much wider audience – and an 82% increase in sales.

Designing and developing a tailored Shopify experience, we optimised the site’s UX and design to increase performance and get the brand in (and on) more people’s hands.

The thought

Diana Porter’s range of timeless, bespoke jewellery has a loyal following, and rightly so. That’s the easy bit. For us, it was essential to deeply understand the business’s challenges in the marketplace, and how we could make the online experience of the brand do it the justice it deserves.

Such a visually rich brand needed bringing to life in just the right way, so from a design perspective the new site complements the handcrafted beauty of Diana Porter’s jewellery. Behind the scenes, Shopify works hard to make the online store experience seamless and easy to use. And by mapping out a content strategy plan with ongoing support, we set up the Shopify store for continued success.
