Case Study

Zing365 web app

Zing Associates approached us with a great idea. Our challenge – to express it digitally. By helping them to conceptualise the form their business could take digitally, we were able to deliver a website that provides a platform for learning resources, workshops and training for businesses.

As a subscription service, Zing 365’s unique blend of online and offline learning opportunities presents an attractive but potentially complex product line. We rationalised the initial proposition by gathering the necessary requirements and capturing initial user feedback. This then fed into the wireframing and design stages, which were later validated during user testing via clickable prototypes.

Working closely with the client and their users, and using the Wordpress CMS, we designed and delivered the final website following a carefully considered UX process.

Category navigation

Zing365’s wide range of resources on offer, mean excellent navigation is essential to the UX of the site. We placed this as a main focus during this project to ensure success for the site and simplicity for its customers.

3rd Party Applications

Our knowledge and use of 3rd party apps allow us to achieve in days and weeks what would ordinarily take months of development. In this case, we chose Wordpress CMS and Eventbrite to benefit the user experience and reduce initial costs for our client.

When working with such a great and unique idea we are aware that ‘whitelabelling’ could accompany its success. We designed this site specifically to combat that risk, creating iterations to the logo and adjusted colour palettes. These were easily accommodated by the robust UX and design work.
