Swarovski Jewellery

Swarovski are one of the largest online jewellery retailers, and they use Shopify to do it.

Swarovski have a well established online presence. Their store performs very well – visitor levels are high, repeat customers are healthy – but there is always room for improvement.

Understanding how visitors interact with a brand (and monitoring their behavioural patterns) is an area we specialise in. With refinements to the Collections template user experience and codebase we helped increase performance levels, which in turn had a positive impact on conversion rates.

Intuitive user experience

Greater levels of engagement were achieved by surfacing the most frequently used categories and filters.

Page speeds

Third party code was removed and replaced with Shopify's native templating language, Liquid.

Where possible, code was refactored to optimise page loading times.
