Our close working relationship with Georganics on the customisation and relaunch of their Shopify store made for a winning team.

Georganics’ growing natural oral care business is based almost entirely online, with no brick and mortar store but an expanding list of stockists in the UK and beyond. It is therefore essential that their online presence and store not only provide customers with a fluid user experience but also communicates the brand and its values clearly.

We worked closely with the team, holding regular face to face and online meetings to ensure we were agile and responsive to what is a quickly maturing brand with big ideas.

Over the last 6 months we have helped the site increase sales of 384% to the previous year, with a 333% increase in online visits during that time, and a 34% increase in repeat customers.

Insight driven user experience

We continually use site analytics to guage customer engagement, and this helps inform much of the basis of all UX improvements on the site. This has allowed us to implement and iterate a new subscription service and other client-centric features, based on careful research and evidence.

Targeted marketing implementation

To help get this start up off the ground marketing was a key concern to our client. We conducted our own research to solidify our knowledge of their very specific market and where they aim to stand within it.

Working alongside their internal marketing team, we pushed Shopify customisation to its limits to create a tailored subscription service and special offers for customers.
