Georganics’ growing natural oral care business is based almost entirely online, with no brick and mortar store but an expanding list of stockists in the UK and beyond. It is therefore essential that their online presence and store not only provide customers with a fluid user experience but also communicates the brand and its values clearly.
We worked closely with the team, holding regular face to face and online meetings to ensure we were agile and responsive to what is a quickly maturing brand with big ideas.
Over the last 6 months we have helped the site increase sales of 384% to the previous year, with a 333% increase in online visits during that time, and a 34% increase in repeat customers.
